Blog Update 6th August - Coronation Fjord

August 12, 2014

We left Q the following morning and headed back SW and into Coronation Fjord and up to the glacier at its head.

We found an alluvia flat to anchor in about 15m with good holding surrounded by high rock walls and within touching distance of the glacier. The following morning we took the opportunity to get up close and personal with the glacier and take some great shots of Novara under the Glacier’s 150ft calving face. After which we headed back to Q for the night.
