Busy days and quiet nights

It is difficult to keep track of the days as we move from one great anchorage to another. Each one offers spectacular views, abundant wildlife and calm, windless nights. most have interesting historic names, Sheep Bay (named by a Spanish explorer who mistook the mountain goats for sheep), Growler Bay (named for the numerous icebergs that flow into the bay from the giant Columbia Glacier) Bearpaw Bay, Landlocked Bay and many more.

We are spoilt for choice each day when we look for the best anchorage for the night, almost without exception we are the onlt boat in the anchorage and it is a surprise to see another cruising boat as we make our way around PWS.
