Images from BC's Inside Passages

With the weather showing a definate sign of improvment as we headed south we were able to get some good images from our trip south to Vancouver. The passages are surrounded by 100's of small islands, most with great anchorages.

Tyler was keen to fish whenever he could but not so keen to gut and fillet the fish! This photo was taken just off the falls which the end of season Salmon were frantically trying to jump to get to their spawning grounds. With river levels very low further south many salmon were dying before they could reach their destination.

Fortunately heavy rains came to their rescue.

The late summer days dawned were mainly clear and bright once the early morning mists burnt off.
