We have had some amazing anchorages on this trip but most we have had to use both anchor ( s ) and shorelines.

Most were notable for gray skies and poor visibility but some gave us amazing views.

Portal Point

We frequently awoke to snow on deck and on many nights had to fend off brash and small bergs.

In Port Lockroy we found ourselves directly in the ice stream created by the collapsing ice cliffs around the bay.
